A vast area has copper resources rugged around mountains that are still unexploited that have potential for the country's development. Eritrea's strategic Red sea gives access to the sea's oil fields, useful trade routes, and fishing ground. The Eritrea's population is estimated as 3,80,000 and they speak languages like Tigrinya and Arabic. The Eritreans currency is called as Nakfa. The long war of indepence has developed a strong sense of nationalism among the people of this country.
