Sports refer to activities that provide for both exercise and entertainment. Sports may include activities that provide for both physical and mental exercise. To be a sportsperson means to be alert both physically and mentally and requires tremendous amount of dedication and discipline. Any sport would have a definite laid down code of conduct and to win or loose is the final result of all the activities. The players or sports persons are required to strictly adhere to the rules an regulations of the game or else they would invoke punishment which may even mean being banned from the sport. Recreation on the other hand is total entertainment. Recreation includes activities indulged in only for entertainment. Recreational activities are a must for a good break from the monotony of everyday living. A set of activities to refresh and unwind, recreation is an important activity to keep one fresh and young.
