The surrounding environment affects its own living creatures including human beings in many different ways to include their health, habitat, and food supply. If we choose not to protect the environment we will not be able to sustain life for our future generations. The constant polluting of our environment will leave our world inhabitable for future survival. It is great to talk about how important the Earth's environment is to any individual; but it is more important to put words into action. Some of the easy basic steps to repair and improve our environment are, turn off the lights when you are not in the room (this is an easy one that is quickly forgotten). Also, unplug your appliances when not in use; even when not in use they can be an "energy sink" just by being plugged in. Plant a tree or other plants. You might want to think about raising some edible plants by saving the environment, save money on food, and feed healthy food to your family. Use natural cleaners whenever possible like lemons and baking soda. It is healthier for the environment as well as for your family. The lack of respect for the environment and how it affects will cause us grave harm from the effects of climate changes.
